How to Track Your Services in the Client Portal
Learn how to view and manage your active services, domains, and hosting packages from the Client Portal.
The Ace Intl Media Client Portal gives you an overview of all your active services and domains. Here’s how to check and manage them.
1. Log in to the Client Portal
Visit portal.aceintlmedia.com.
Enter your registered email and password.
2. Access Your Services
From the main menu, click Services → My Services.
You’ll see a list of all active, pending, and suspended services.
3. View Service Details
Click on any service name to open its management page.
Here you can:
View renewal and billing dates.
Access hosting login (cPanel/Plesk).
Upgrade/downgrade your plan.
Request cancellation.
4. Manage Domains
Go to Domains → My Domains.
From here, you can:
Check expiry dates.
Manage DNS and nameservers.
Renew or transfer domains.
5. Support Integration
If you spot an issue with any service, click Open Ticket directly from the service page.
This links your ticket to the specific service for faster support.
Tip: Use the Search bar at the top of the portal to quickly find a domain, invoice, or hosting package.
