How to Use the Client Portal Dashboard
A quick guide to navigating the Ace Intl Media Client Portal dashboard and managing your account.
The Client Portal is your central hub for managing all services with Ace Intl Media. The dashboard gives you an overview of your account, invoices, services, and support.
1. Access the Dashboard
Visit portal.aceintlmedia.com.
Log in with your registered email and password.
2. Dashboard Overview
Once logged in, the dashboard provides:
Account Summary – services, domains, invoices, and tickets at a glance.
Quick Links – shortcuts to order new services, manage domains, or open tickets.
Notifications – alerts for unpaid invoices, expiring domains, or important updates.
3. Managing Services
Click Services → My Services to view hosting packages.
Select a service to access cPanel/Plesk, manage upgrades, or cancel.
4. Managing Domains
Go to Domains → My Domains.
Renew, transfer, or update nameservers/DNS.
5. Billing Overview
From the dashboard, view unpaid invoices or click Billing → My Invoices for full history.
Update payment methods under Billing → Payment Methods.
6. Support Access
Use the Support menu to open new tickets or check responses.
The dashboard also shows your latest active tickets.
Tip: Bookmark the portal login page and check the dashboard regularly to stay on top of renewals, billing, and service updates.
